Mutualism is Any Relationship Between Individuals of Different species WHERE referral to Benefit Both Individuals. Generally, only close INVOLVING Interactions lifelongphysical and biochemical contact Properly CAN BE considers symbiotic. RelationshipsMay Be Either mutualistic obligate for Both species, obligate for one but facultative forthe Other, or Both for facultative. Many biologists restrict the definition of symbiosis toclose mutualistic Relationships

  • Commensalism: The symbiont benefits with little effect on the host.

Commensalism describe a Relationship Between Two living organisms WHEREBenefits and The Other one is Not Significantly Harmer or helper. It is derived from theword Inglés Used commensal of human social interaction. The word derives from themedieval Latin word, form and composition from mensa, meaning "sharing a table. "
  • Parasitism:The symbiont benefits to the detriment of the host.

A parasitic Relationship is one in Which One member of the association is The OtherBenefits while Harmer. Many take Symbios Parasitic forms, from endoparasitesThat Live Within the host's body to ectoparasites That Live On Its surface. In Addition,May Be necrotrophic parasites, Which is to say They Kill Their host, or biotrophic,Meaning They Rely on Their host's Surviving. Biotrophic parasitism is an ExtremelySuccessful mode of life.
Amensalism:The amensalismo is the biological interaction that occurs when an organism is harmedin the relationship and the other is not affected, ie the relationship he is neutral.

doctors whitout borders

Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international medical humanitarian organization created by doctors and journalists in France in 1971.
Today, MSF provides aid in nearly 60 countries to people whose survival is threatened by violence, neglect, or catastrophe, primarily due to armed conflict, epidemicsmalnutritionexclusion from health care, or natural disasters. MSF provides independent, impartial assistance to those most in need. MSF reserves the right to speak out to bring attention to neglected crises, to challenge inadequacies or abuse of the aid system, and to advocate for improved medical treatments and protocols.
In 1999, MSF received the Nobel Peace Prize.

Humanitarian Action

MSF operates independently of any political, military, or religious agendas. Medical teams conduct evaluations on the ground to determine a population's medical needs before opening programs. The key to MSF’s ability to act independently in response to a crisis is its independent funding. Ninety percent of MSF's overall funding (and 100 percent of MSF-USA's funding) comes from private sources, not governments. In 2008, MSF had 3.7 million individual donors and private funders worldwide.MSF's work is based on the humanitarian principles of medical ethics and impartiality. The organization is committed to bringing quality medical care to people caught in crisis regardless of race, religion, or political affiliation.

MSF is neutral. The organization does not take sides in armed conflicts, provides care on the basis of need alone, and pushes for increased independent access to victims of conflict as required under international humanitarian law.
MSF's principles of action are described in the organization's 1971 founding charter, which established a framework for its activities.

Bearing Witness & Speaking Out

In 1985, MSF spoke out against the Ethiopian government's forced displacement of hundreds of thousands of its population; took the unprecedented step of calling for an international military response to the 1994Rwandan genocide; condemned the Serbian massacre of civilians at Srebrenica in 1995; denounced the Russian bombardment of the Chechen capital, Grozny in 1999; and called for international attention to the crisis in Darfur in 2004 and 2005at the United Nations Security Council.MSF medical teams often witness violence, atrocities, and neglect in the course of their work, largely in regions that receive scant international attention. At times, MSF may speak out publicly in an effort to bring a forgotten crisis to public attention, to alert the public to abuses occurring beyond the headlines, to criticize the inadequacies of the aid system, or to challenge the diversion of humanitarian aid for political interests.

In 2007, MSF called for international attention to the increased targeting of civilians in conflict in the Democratic Republic of CongoCentral African Republic,Chad, and Somalia; advocated for the widespread adoption of new protocols for the treatment of malnutrition to include the use of ready-to-use foods; challenged pharmaceutical company Novartis's court case opposing the production of generic medicines in India, which produces an estimated 80 percent of the developing world's medicines; and spoke out against the plan of the governments of Thailand and Laos threatened to forcibly return nearly 8,000 Hmong refugees to Laos.
MSF medical teams on the ground are in constant dialogue with local authorities, warring parties, and other aid agencies in an attempt to ensure the best possible medical care for patients and their communities and to reinforce the organization's operational independence.

mi personal hero

mi personal hero is albert einstein he is one of the best fisic i ever heard in mi life .
he born in Ulm, Germany, March 14, 1879 - Princeton, USA, April 18, 1955

Is regarded as the greatest scientist of the twentieth century, besides being the most knowed.

In 1905, when he was an unknown young physicist was employed at the Patent Office in Bern, Switzerland, published his theory of special relativity. As she entered, a simple theoretical framework, based on simple physical principles, concepts and phenomena studied earlier by Henri Poincaré and Hendrik Lorentz. Probably the most famous equation of physics at the grassroots level, is the mathematical expression of mass-energy equivalence, E = mc ², he deduced as a logical consequence of this theory. That same year he published another work that would lay some of the foundations of statistical physics and quantum mechanics.
In 1915, he presented the theory of general relativity, which reformulated the whole concept of gravity. One consequence was the emergence of the scientific study of the origin and evolution of the universe by the branch of physics called cosmology. In 1919, when British observations of a solar eclipse confirmed his prediction about the bending of light, was idolized by the newspaper. Einstein became a popular icon of science world-famous, a privilege available to very few scientists.
In their explanation of the photoelectric effect and his many contributions to theoretical physics in 1921 won the Nobel Prize in Physics and not by the theory of relativity, as the scientist who is tasked to evaluate, not understood, and feared the risk of eventually found it was wrong. At that time was still considered somewhat controversial by many scientists.
Before the rise of Nazism in December 1932, the scientist left Germany to the United States, where he taught teaching at the Institute for Advanced Study in Princeton.Became U.S. citizen in 1940. During his last years he worked to integrate into a single theory the gravitational and electromagnetic force. He died in Princeton, New Jersey on April 18, 1955.
Although considered the "father of the atomic bomb", in his writings he advocated pacifism, socialism and Zionism. It was proclaimed as the "character of the twentieth century" and as the preeminent scientific journal by the famous Time.

he is my hero becous he impired mi to be a  goog fisic in my time.

nursery home

A nursing home, convalescent home, Skilled Nursing Unit (SNU), care home or rest home provides a type of care of residents: it is a place of residence for people who require constant nursing care and have significant deficiencies with activities of daily living. Residents include the elderly and younger adults with physical or mental disabilities. Residents in a skilled nursing facility may also receive physical, occupational, and other rehabilitative therapies following an accident or illness. Residents may have certain legal rigths depending on the location of the facility.
Services provided in nursing homes include services of nurses, nursing aides and assistants; physical, occupational and speech therapists; social workers and recreational assistants; and room and board. Most care in nursing facilities is provided by certified nursing assistants, not by skilled personnel. In 2004, there were, on average, 40 certified nursing assistants per 100 resident beds. The number of registered nurses and licensed practical nurses were significantly lower at 7 per 100 resident beds and 13 per 100 resident beds, respectively.
Process is the nursing home's resources in action. Process surveying looks at the appropriateness, timeliness and quality of care and services in relation to each resident's needs. Process can be organized into 5 kinds of intellectual and physical activities: assessing, planning, implementing (acting), evaluating, and communicating. These activities must be integrated and often occur together. Unfortunately these processes can be task or resident-centered. A task nurse implements a physician ordered-dressing change, perhaps assessing the wound while it is uncovered. A resident-centered nurse would already know if the treatment causes the resident pain and pre-medicated the resident. During the care, she (or he) will talk with the resident about topics they have both shared before, distracting the resident from discomfort and addressing social needs. Communication is heightened when residents feel comfortable discussing various issues with someone who is experienced with their particular case. In this particular situation nurses are also better able to do longitudinal follow up, which insures the implementation of more lasting results.
